Pros – Listed as #1 for having the most bed space!! Features master bedroom, mid bedroom, 2 loft areas, and 2 lay flat sofas with an overhead power bunk. Also, it has 1.5 baths and laundry hookups.

Cons – No outside kitchen or entryway directly into a bathroom. Living layout is limited and awkward. Master bed isn’t positioned West/East which limits walkway room. Furthermore, laundry hookups are in awkward spot that interfere with use of the door to the 1/2 bath.

Dutchman Voltage 4205

Pros – Sleeping options include master bedroom, mid-bunkroom, 1 loft area, and 2 lay flat sofas with an overhead bunk in toy hauler area. Features 1.5 baths with laundry prep that won’t interfere with entry into ½ bath.

Cons – Again, there is no outside kitchen and direct entry into bathroom. Another negative is that it doesn’t have West/East master bed so walkway space is limited.

Dutchman Voltage 4225

Pros – Comparatively, this toy hauler has a spacious living and kitchen layout. Sleeping arrangements include master bath, 1 loft, and lay flat sofas with an overhead bunk. Furthermore, it has a West/East master bed positioned, which provides more walkway room.

Cons – As a result of compromise this unit doesn’t come with a mid-bunkroom, outside kitchen, or direct entry into bathroom. After all, the space was instead dedicated to the living area.

Coachman Chaparrel 373MBRB

Pros – Bed space includes master bedroom, mid-bunkroom, and rear bunkhouse with sleeper sofa and bunk bed. Moreover this unit has two full bathrooms and one of them has an outside entry. It also offers an outside kitchen, which is unique to these type of RV’s.

Cons – Examine this RV closely as we noticed a few minor flaws in flooring and cupboard construction during a walkthrough. Not unlike other units this one also has a master bed that isn’t positioned West/East which limits walkway space.

Horizon Majestic M42IK6S

Pros – Features a W/E master suite. Uniquely, it also has 2 separate bunk rooms with a total of 4 twin beds. Additionally, this RV has residential feel. Largely, that is due to the 1.5 baths, dishwasher, residential range, and wall oven.

Cons – Like most of these layouts there isn’t an outside kitchen or second outside entry in this unit. Besides that there isn’t much negative about this unit. Unless of course expense is considered. Luxury units like this are substantially more expensive than the others listed here.

Forest River Cedar Creek 355LF

Pros – Sleeping areas include a master bedroom, rear bedroom with pullout sofa, and separate rear loft. One other plus is that the master bed is situated W/E. Additionally, there is also stair access instead of ladder access to rear loft. Finally, there is a rear side entry into a bathroom.

Cons – As can be seen there is again no outside kitchen in this unit.

Montana High Country 335BH

Pros – Features W/E master bedroom. Also, a rear bunk room with 2 bunks and separated rear loft. Additionally, this RV has a residential refrigerator, plenty of counter space, and a second entry.  

Cons – As is typical there is no outside kitchen. Aside from that there also isn’t a second sleeping area for an adult as the rear bunk room has 2 twin beds. One other thing that is lacking is a entry directly into a bathroom.

Keystone Avalanche 390DS – Dual Suite 3 Bedroom Family RV Layouts

Pros – Sleeping arrangements include a W/E master suite, second suite, and 1 separate loft. Features 2 full baths, large oven, residential fridge, plenty of counter space. As well it also has a back entry into a bathroom.

Cons – Once more there is no outside kitchen.
