Final Thoughts
Fort Wilderness is a fabulous campground, and a personal favorite, but it can be overwhelming for first-time visitors. At least it was for me. That is because there is so much to do and see, and it is a very large campground. We suggest learning what you can before you go. That way you can relax without scrambling and take it all in once you arrive. If you have anything else to add or would like to share, we’d love to hear about it!
